El espacio Yumka house is immerse in the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge and 1 block walking distance from the sandy beach of Manzanillo. A very private little cozy place, specially for a couple , or a little family, far enoughr from the noisy location of Puerto Viejo and bars, is a perfect place to spend some days in contact with nature and the beach which, is located only 150 mts from the house, a perfect calm beach with a coral reef right in front to snorkeal or dive or simply rest under a palm . Full kitchen and full bathroom upstairts , plus a 1/2 bath downstairs and an outside shower. The house is a two floor location, the big bedroom upstairs has a king and single bed, with mosquito net. On the bottom part, you will have a table and C corner sitting area that becomes a big bed with a mosquito net, it is attached to the kitchen area and the re is also an elongaded benck with a breakfast table and the kitchen Half bathroom. On the third area, it is a lower part, with a roof and a net all around which is very fresh. It is mean to be a living area a social area, but in case there is more people hosting, they might if wish , sleep on the sofa bed which is almost in the garden, only the net and the roof will separate your from the jungle, is very fresh at night and is like sleeping in a tree house, jungle all around, it is also the BBQ area and has the washing machine for your service and use. You will find cleaning items for the house. The price is meant for a couple, 2 pax. The house is really meant for a couple or little family. Or can accomodate 5 pax which will be sharing the main bedroom, and using the living area as a bedroom . Each extra person, will pay $ 5 per night . The house can host up to 7 pax if they wish, for a short time, It has an outdoor trampoline for little kids and friends to share and jump in the garden, under the stars with the howler and spired monkeys. Howler monkeys are part of the surrounding and the fauna, frogs, toads, tucans, parrots , birds, crickets , etc....a concert of animals will dive you into the jungle. It is very important that for your safety and the houses items, you lock doors and windows downstairs, because the house is in a private property with no neighbours and we would not like you have a bad experience. There are 2 little safe boxes in case you might need to safe some personal belongins in the bed room in other cases please store all valuable in the kitchen area, and lock all windows and doors. No toilet paper in to the sewege and of course no condoms , no tampax , no objets to be trought into it .
